afrodiaries : Montpellier 2013

I am back from Montpellier! I had a wonderful time in Montpellier, as going back there felt as though i was going to my second home! Honestly it was so lovely to be back there but this time not like a tourist, i was able to blend right in with the locals, and just feel like a french girl for a week. The people of Montpellier are so welcoming and do not hesitate to help you. Despite the obvious language barrier , i was still able to communicate with the locals as they are familiar with english language , as i think that Montpellier is slowly becoming a tourist region as i did see groups of America and other English people too very often.
As Montpellier is a student district , there are alot of young people which keeps the small town buzzing! The night life of Montpellier is certainly "different" than to places such Magaluf , Ibiza and Zante as the clubs and more for the locals than for holiday makers ( basically its not flooded with people who just want to get lucky and get pissed ) but nontheless the students of Montpellier still know how to have a good time!

Coming back to the UK always gets to me as i simply fell in love with this town even more this time, but i am certain that i will go back again next year maybe for a longer stay!
